By making a booking, you agree to abide by the terms set out in this policy. - All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking system or via email with the office. - Bookings for classes, events and workshops are made on a first-come, first-served basis. - Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the booking. Payment - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - Payment can be made via our online payment system or by bank transfer. Non-Refundable Policy - All bookings are non-refundable. This means that once a booking is made and payment is received, no refunds will be given. - This policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our classes and to allow for proper planning and resource allocation. - In instances of extenuating circumstances, please email the office (office@mnacademy.co.uk). Changes and Cancellations - If you wish to cancel a booking, please inform us as soon as possible. While no refunds will be given, this will allow us to offer the spot to another person. Absence - No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions. Special Circumstances - In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may consider offering a credit for a future booking. This will be at the discretion of management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
